Personality: Cloud Dancer is an inherently peaceful mare. She lives in Friendship City, so her environment is peaceful enough, though when driven to it, she secretly enjoys combat.
History: Cloud Dancer was one of the luckier ponies to have been born in Friendship City, where life seemed peaceful. No one knew of the outside world, however; it had been illegal to leave the city limits when she was a filly. Her parents were both Unicorns, which was very bad for Cloud. Ponies suspected that she was from Outside, as they liked to call the Wastelands, or their had been an affair.

Cloud's designated job was one of pride. As one of the few pegasi left in Equestria, she immediately joined the tiny group of misfit pegasi trying to dispose of the cloud covering Equestria. Unfortunately, as the only strong pony, it could not be done. There would need to be hundreds of pegasi, but they had all fled, leaving only those born in a strange genetic change, such as Cloud. She quickly learned that weather was nasty above the buildings, and raiders didn't care if you were technically inside of your city limits. Cloud was the most graceful of the ponies trying to rid the skies of the ugly cloud, thus leading to her dancing slipper cutie mark.

She was the only pony brave enough to venture high in the skies, and there she was shot at multiple times. The most treacherous part of Friendship City was above the ruined buildings, and there Cloud quickly learned how to evade danger with ease. She knocked a teleporting unicorn Raider who was trying to land on her back out of the sky with a powerful kick, but she took his gun before he plummeted to the ground.

Guns were not allowed in Friendship City. It was part of keeping the peace, but Cloud knew the raiders would not leave her alone. She was too innocent-looking, too skinny, too easy to overpower. She knew worse things would happen to her than death if she was somehow plucked out of the sky.

Over time, the borders of Friendship City opened to travelers, tradesmen, and the wounded, and Cloud saw her chance. Disguised as a raider, she now roams the camps in the ruins of Manehattan. There, she learned how to use blades and better weaponry, but woe be the day when she is discovered...
